RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returns

Due to the nature of sports cards and collectibles, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item.


We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, grading outcomes, pack odds, centering, surface condition, or personal grading expectations.

 

 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@2kingscards.com with:

 

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

 

If approved, we will provide instructions for return or replacement.

 

 

 

Return Eligibility (If Approved)

 

To be eligible for a return:

 

  • The item must be in the same condition it was received

  • The item must be unused and unopened, if applicable

  • Original packaging must be included

  • Proof of purchase is required

 

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

 


The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Break spots or live break entries

  • Opened sealed products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

 

 

 

Exchanges

 

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If a return is approved due to damage or error, a replacement or refund will be issued at our discretion based on availability.

 

 

 

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided the item:

  • Is unopened

  • Is unused

  • Is in original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

 

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
